At Solkompaniet, we specialize in the development of land for large-scale solar park projects (and BESS colocated) in the Nordics, primarily Sweden and Finland, catering to investors, pension funds, and financial institutions. Our services encompass every stage of project development, from initial site assessment and permitting to achieving Financial Investment Decision (FID), construction and O&M.

We work with partnerships and long-term renowned investors and are open to discuss various types of structures to enable this type of partnerships.

• Origination – Including site identification and site assessment.  We meticulously select and evaluate potential sites to ensure optimal conditions for solar power production.
  
  
• Development – Including permitting and regulatory compliance. Our team manages all permitting processes, ensuring adherence to local regulations and environmental standards.
  
  
• Investment/Transactions/Offtaking & PPAs – We are in a good position to capitalise on the current mild solar market conditions, which is currently the case in the Swedish and Finnish development markets, as in most of Europe. We will be looking to progress a GW-sized development portfolio, consisting of Solkompaniet solar (and BESS-colocated) projects complemented with select acquisitions, in various development phases, together with partners.
  
  
• Engineering, Procumrement & Construction (EPC) – Through our sister company within the Solkompaniet group, we offer EPC services with extensive experience, deep expertise in Nordic conditions, and a proven track record of delivering Sweden’s largest solar parks year after year.  
  
  
• Operations & Maintenance (O&M) -We offer O&M services throughout the entire lifecycle of a solar park.
